Delivery Costs & Exclusions

We offer FREE standard delivery across most of the UK for beer orders of £40 and over. For orders under £40, delivery is £4.99. Some remote areas incur a small surcharge due to courier costs - these are applied automatically at checkout based on your postcode. 

Delivery locations & Surcharges

We deliver across most of the UK, but a few locations carry additional delivery charges and may take a little longer:

  • +£5 to Highlands & Islands (excluding those listed below)
  • +£10 to Shetland Islands & Isle of Man
  • We’re unable to deliver to the Channel Islands at this time

We process orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday the next working day, so please allow a little extra time. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days.

Due to the environmental impact of international shipping, we don't deliver outside the UK. Instead we collaborate with breweries all over the world to brew local beers for local folk.

Order confirmation

When you place your order, you will receive an automated email from us with your order details/receipt. This won't be included in the box, so if you're ordering a gift, don't worry about there being any pricing info shared.

You will then receive a delivery tracking email from Parcelforce. - enter the tracking ID to follow your order.

How and when will my beer be delivered?

Deliveries are looked after by Freedom Brewery. The email from Parcelforce will include a tracking ID so you can follow your order or change the delivery.

Please note Parcelforce will deliver to a local collection point after the first failed attempted delivery.

If they are not be able to deliver to you or a local collection point, they will return the beer to us. If this happens, we may have to charge additional delivery costs to send it out again.

To ensure you're raising a Toast or two soon, please check the tracking notifications. 

Will I need to show ID?

There must be an adult over the age of 18 is at the delivery address to sign for receipt of the goods.

Parcelforce may request ID if they're unsure of the age of the recipient (don't be offended, one day it will make you smile). If they're not able to verify the age and identity of the recipient, we may have to cancel the delivery.

We can't refund orders made by minors.

Can I order to a communal building?

If you're ordering to a multi-occupancy office, Parcelforce can only deliver to the ground floor reception. Please make sure your location in the building is included in the address to help your building reception. Once the parcel is accepted into the building, we can't take responsibility for it being delivered to the correct desk or floor.

Please provide your mobile number during the ordering process to help in case of any problems.

Don't get smashed

We want to ensure that all our craft beer delivery goes smoothly, so it gets to you in perfect condition. Please let us know if any arrive damaged. If possible, please share a photo so we can investigate what happened.

If you have concerns about the quality of the beer, please send us the batch number and BBE date (Best Before End) from the base of the can (and a photo of the problem if possible). We'll exchange or refund products that are not fit for consumption. We can't exchange or refund beers for other reasons.

We can't compensate for indirect costs such as loss of profit.

Please store your beers safely (cool, preferably chilled) and drink responsibly. Bread shouldn't be wasted, neither should you!
